Recipe vegan cookie dough

The pumpkin season is almost over. This pumpkin pie smoothie is wonderfully warming as a snack or take it for breakfast with oatmeal. Feast!
Ingredients vegan cookie dough (1 person)
- 200 grams of chickpeas
- 15 grams chia seeds
- 50 ml soy milk
- 20 grams Plantforce vanilla / chocolate protein powder
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
Preparing vegan cookie dough
- Add the chia seeds with soy milk and maple syrup to a small bowl and let stand for 10 minutes.
- Drain the chickpeas in a colander and rinse well.
- Put the chickpeas, vanilla protein powder in the food processor and mix until smooth.
- Spoon the mixture into a small bowl / glass and add the chia seed pudding and peanut butter. & nbsp;
