As mentioned, Sunwarrior has combined organic fermented pea protein, goji berry protein, and hemp seed protein (all complementary sources) to provide the full range of essential amino acids in their cutting-edge blend. A complete protein is known is that which contains all these amino acids and optimally contributes to the muscle-building process, known as protein synthesis. Each scoop of Sunwarrior provides a whopping 27 grams of protein.

Coconut MCT's

Alongside the three high-quality protein sources, Sunwarrior has also added a source of MCTs from coconut. Medium-chain triglycerides (MCT's) are, as the name suggests, medium-length fatty acids, which place them between short-chain and long-chain fatty acids.
