Most people don’t have access to fresh liquid colostrum, another reason for this is it has become a challenge to both retain the nutrients and preserve the shelf life of colostrum. This is why we have put time, effort, and 30 years of study to develop a technology that can preserve the whole “milk matrix” of colostrum in powdered form.

Big Food Colostrum delivers high-quality Colostrum sourced from Scandinavian grass-fed cows, obtained 24 hours after the birth of a calf or simply the 'early milk' of the cow. This is to ensure higher levels of immunoglobulins and nutrients. In order to processes the colostrum into powder and keep all bioactive molecules remain active, an inhouse process referred to as LTLT (Low Temperatuur Long Time) has been developed. This is the result of 30 years of innovation, research and experience working with colostrum.
